The Glass bulk fire sprinkler is suitable for buidlings where the working temperature not less than 4 degree and not higher than 70degree. such as hotels, shopping mall, restaurant, KTV, hourse stock, hospital, factory, air port and underground parking ect.

Working principle

Fire sprinkler heads are the core operational components of an automatic sprinkler system. Their primary function is to automatically activate when a fire occurs, through "detecting the fire temperature". Inside the sprinkler head, there is a glass ball filled with a heat-sensitive liquid (such as a mixture of ether and alcohol). The two ends of the ball are respectively pressed against the "sealing gasket" and "splash tray" of the sprinkler head. At this time, the sprinkler head is in a sealed state (blocking the water flow in the pipe network). When the fire causes the ambient temperature to rise to the rated operating temperature of the glass ball (such as the common 68℃, 93℃, 141℃, set according to the fire risk of the location), the heat-sensitive liquid in the ball is heated and expands, resulting in a sudden increase in pressure, and eventually shatters the glass ball.
